3. User Responsibilities

• Data Integrity: You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you input, including meter readings, resident details, and payment records.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Conduct: You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent activities or to interfere with the system's technical operations.

4. Billing and Financials

Voltaqua acts as a calculation and record-keeping engine. We are not a financial institution or a utility provider. Billing amounts are generated based on user-input data and site-specific configurations. Users acknowledge that actual utility charges may vary based on external factors, and Voltaqua is not liable for financial disputes between property management and residents.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, and graphics on the platform are the exclusive property of Voltaqua. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for its intended utility management purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voltaqua, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or utility service interruptions) arising out of your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology and computer programs to access our site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform.
